I came across this posting on Craigslist the other day. This posting was in the Las Vegas>> Computer gigs. I like how he adds his link.

Reply to: see below [Errors when replying to ads?]After looking through the last month’s worth of job postings, it’s clear that most of you have no idea how to land a *good* web designer, so here are some pro tips, from me to you, to get you moving in the right direction:
1. Don’t type LIkE ThIS. It’s unprofessional and screams scam.
2. Don’t type LIKE THIS either. All caps == shouting. Speaking only for myself, I’ve never enjoyed being shouted at.
3. NEGOCIABLE is spelled Negotiable. Remember, the spell checker is your friend.
4. No *good* website designer is going to work for $15.00 per hour. Period.
5. No *good* website designer is going to handle your site’s design, content, social media, online media, and SEO for $30,000 per year. Ever.
6. I don’t want 5% of your business. I want money.
7. Flash is dead. Please turn your attention to HTML5. Your customers will thank you.
8. To get a real world estimate of your website project, please visit: http://www.xxxxxxxx.com/xxxxxxxxxxx.html as it’s extremely accurate.
9. Lastly, please do not post the same listing over and over again. It’s against Craigslist’s TOS.Once you’ve read all of this, please adjust your job posts accordingly. Thank you.
