I was recently was looking at a websites at Flippa, and I was prompted to “sign the confidentiality agreement to bid on this listing” before I could even view the website for sale. What a fucking joke this is! Nothing like this would ever hold up in court, it is so silly. People have fake usernames, something like this would be so difficult to enforce, it just wouldn’t be worth the time or the money.
