The Craigslist personals email harvest season is over! [How to harvest email addresses on Craigslist personals]

A job I had recently was working with a guy that would buy harvested email contacts for singles looking on Craigslist. I would get paid $1.75 for every good email lead and $3.00 of every phone number I could produce. This is one of my highest earning adcopy producers. This one produced over 80,000 leads

Thank you for reading my post… before you start to read my post, a reader from my last creative dating post commented to me – “it might help to point out that I make a living as a creative writer.” Now that I have moved to a small town in Insert town here, this mightbe even more of an issue. Because even more people may not get my brand of humor. Other feedback that I have received, is that women are intimated to respond to posting like this. But more than anything I am looking to meet new friends and if something amazing happens that would be very cool. I have a really unique creative personality, I am a very low pressure guy, I too am looking for someone special. Thanks for taking the time to read. enjoy my posting

Here I go again with another dating fucking sucks post again…

I am now convinced every sick-mutherfucker on earth surfs the craigslist personals, I was hanging at a friends house and went to Craigslist on her computer (*not really being nosy)  and I could see that the singles area on Craigslist link has been visited. Then it hit me!!! Everyone in the world is a sick-fucker just like myself. Craigslist is how everyone meets, but no-one ever wants to admit-it, this is so fucking gross. By posting ourselves online we have all been reduced to lawn equipment.

I know normal people read these online dating listings also… Because I was normal once, I can remember about 15 years ago reading the newspaper at Mc Donald’s, while I am eating my Mc Pile of shit. I love the classified section, I’m not really sure what it is. But being a little older everything has changed, forget the stupid sports.I personally love to read the used cars, free pets, rideshare, missed connections… but my point is, even before abruptly becoming single again, I would read the singles thread on craigslist, what a fascinating category… Someone throwing caution to the wind, post a ad in hopes of landing a date, it seems so crazy when you think about it. But what is sad, from my limited dating experience it seems the older we get the less likely we are to really find someone normal.

The response I am trying to trigger is the “normal one” that is – perhaps a normal person surfing this and think to herself, …”is this fucking shit even real?” No, we have reduced ourselves to lawn equipment… 🙂

So how would I describe myself? Mr toad’s wild ride – white, 6”4’, fit, late 30’s I don’t fuck on the first night, that would be considered risky behavior. If my post shocks you, run away! I don’t want your acceptance, I want someone looking for something special, someone looking to uncover a true experience, someone unique. At first you might find I am hard to talk to, I am closed off and very shy when you first meet me.

Other fun-Facts about myself

  • I have all my teeth
  • good head of hair
  • I have blue eyes
  • I am tall
  • I am here in Insert town here, taking care of my 88 year old grandma
  • I dont own a TV, but I have 4 computers
  • I have written 3 books
  • I love love love animals and plants
  • you should not feed me milk
  • I don’t play video games
  • I piss on the seat like most guys
  • I don’t like horror movies, whadda fake bull shit
  • I love to hold hands
  • I like to be ran at least an hour a day
  • I have not had a job in 15 years
  • I have a criminal history  <-I’m proud of that
  • I am 40
  • My kids are over 18
  • I might cook you dinner, have some coffee, stay up till 4 am, and sleep all day.
  • I have 13 years of education, over and above high school.
  • I don’t drink, love a little pot
  • *se habla espanol, but I am not Mexican
  • I love to take baths, because I get dizzy when I jerk-off standing up
  • AND yes! I really make a living as a semi-well known writer, I’m not rich, but I am rich in spirit.

*The picture thing is so uncomfortable, now that I have moved to this small town in Insert town here, I can’t post a photo of myself because not only am I afraid of being recognized on the street, I am worried my friends will find it on craigslist and post my dating ad on facebook, then everyone will know I too am looking for new lawn equipment and this is already humiliating enough.

Just a fun fact: it seems nurses like to use the CL personal service.

If you don’t send a picture of yourself, I will not reply. If you don’t want to send a picture first, then get yourown posting. And besides, if you send me an email trying to bait me into talking to you without a pic, then that would mean you are getting what you want and I can’t allow that to happen.  🙂 If you have a comment, rude or nice I will always politely respond. Thank you for reading and have a safe journey in life

Make sure to get your full head in-front of the shotgun.. thank you for calling!

Craigslist recently implemented changes that prohibited you from directly getting the email address from a response.

Scott R. Asher designs top quality white WordPress magazine themes.

Designing the right WordPress theme can sometimes present their challenges. To create a lucrative website or online magazine, you must first completely understand what it takes and how to maneuver throughout WordPress. This is where Scott R. Asher comes in. As a highly qualified WordPress designer who specializes in Magazine Themes on WordPress, he has the skills and experience to get you where you need to be. Each intricate detail is finely combed over by Scott prior to your readers being exposed to your magazine. No matter the genre of materials you are hoping to publish in your online magazine, Scott can find and customize the perfect theme for you.

When thinking of hiring a WordPress magazine theme designer, it is important to think about experience. While, it is understandable that much of our sourced out works are budget influenced; you also need to think about the old saying that “you get what you pay for”. Too often, people are lured into a transaction with a designer of sorts due to costs. This is where many find themselves in trouble and often spending more money than they ever intended to. For example, you purchase the services of a self acclaimed WordPress magazine theme designer, go over what your thoughts are on a finished product, pay your fees, then sit back and wait on delivery. You get your product back by the specified deadline, but it is nothing like you were hoping. As a matter of fact, it is pretty general and something even the most WP illiterate person could have created. You find yourself fast approaching your magazine’s launch date and still do not have the largest piece to that puzzle. This is where a seasoned professional like Scott would then come in. Unfortunately, you will then have to pay him for his services as well. This in essence, will cost you more money in the long run in the launching of your site.

It is important to consider other factors rather than strictly costs associated with a designer. You should consider the experience a designer can PROVE to have, see samples of previous work, testimonials from other clients and proven success rates of sites built. Scott has all of these. He may cost a bit more than the “other guys”, but that is because he knows what it takes to design and customize the perfect WordPress magazine template for your site.

To produce a phenomenal online magazine, it starts with a good designer. Scott has been in this business for years and has seen many consumers taken advantage of in terms of their money versus the product received. He is equipped with all the necessary tool, knowledge and field experience to exceed your expectations for your online magazine.

Scott is seasoned in both new online magazine launches and revamping existing sites. He can provide a great turn around and an eye catching finished product. Taking pride in his work, Scott is a no nonsense magazine template designer that can help you attract the readers you are looking for.  Showcase your content with a great online presence from his great designing abilities.

How to become a overseas business investment company

You don’t have to be a millionaire to start an international company. Micro lending is a strong emerging industry. Micro lending serves to be a great advantage to developing countries with citizens who are in dire need of financial assistance. This method could stimulate the economies of these countries – and your own bank account.

Micro lending is also known as micro finance or micro credit. This generally refers to the process of extending small loans to less fortunate people, usually in other countries. These loans are primarily intended to assist people in starting their own businesses or expanding an existing one. This practice began in Bangladesh in the 1970s. Now it is mostly done in countries outside of the US, but the prospect is expanding. Micro Lending allows poor, unemployed, or otherwise incapable people to engage in self-employment and business projects. This industry serves to be a secret goldmine for those wishing to generate extra income while also helping to stimulate the economy and assist the poor. It is one of the few ways to help others while helping yourself. These people are also able to generate their own income and to be independent, possibly improving their financial situation. Most of these people also have families and overdue bills to take care of. When they are able to pay their own bills and establish a disposable income, the economy reaches a growth spurt. Their standard of living also improves dramatically. A recent study of this industry revealed that there are about ten thousand Micro Lending companies in the United States. The study also reveals that the poverty of the customers does not determine profitability. The key is to develop loan portfolios which are designed to keep default rates at a minimum or, hopefully, nonexistent levels. The report foresees consolidation of these micro lending institutions as well as down-scaling of large lending institutions. One of the most prominent Micro Lenders is Muhammad Yunus. Yunus has received the Nobel Peace Prize for his successful and altruistic enterprise, the Grameen Bank. Investing only $27 to many women in Bangladesh, Yunus has helped to save women from high-interest rates. These women have been able to use these micro loans to jump-start their businesses and help support their families. The Grameen Bank has a 98 per cent repayment rate. The bank is now worth over 2.5 billion dollars. Yunus is a prime example of the opportunities available by giving small loans to poor people and allowing them to help themselves.

  • Unemployed people
  • Poor people
  • People who don’t have credit or collateral
  • People wishing or struggling to start a businesses
  • Families and people needing income

Even though there are millions of people below the poverty line in the United States, it is difficult to sell micro lending to US customers for various reasons:

1. There is easy access to loans even if you’re poor.
2. Loans interest rate caps are higher in the United States.
3. Costs of marketing and service are higher. However, if you offer micro lending overseas, you can gain through double or triple interest.

Of course, the interest you should offer must always be lower than the interest people overseas would get from local loan sharks. Otherwise, they would opt for these local lenders. Being competitive by offering lower interest rates will allow them to come to you for these loans. The interest rates vary with each country. These rates vary from 20% to 90% depending on the country from which the borrower resides in. This is a great way to earn money and help people. A Micro Lender can offer seemingly small funds such as $100, $200, and even $25 to people in great need of these services. Then when the people begin to build their businesses and generate income, they pay back your loan amount plus your competitive interest rate.

1. Decide the amount of money you will be able to loan at a time ($25, $100, etc.)
2. Establish a no-tolerance policy for late/missed repayments<
3. Establish areas you will be lending to
4. Establish a competitive interest rate
5. After a previously set date, make sure loans and interest are paid back (2 weeks, 30 days, etc.)
6. Collect money and make profit!

Before you give out loans, make sure to interview the clients and make sure they will be capable to pay the money back to you in a reasonable amount of time. Setting up a weekly or bi-weekly payment schedule works for both sides and is easier than getting one larger sum back to you. You may also consider adding to the repayment amount any fees you may have during the sending and processing of the money, such as postage and handling, especially to foreign areas.

It is a good idea to set up an organized system for tracking who and when you give loans to, as well as how much the loan was and how much the interest rate will be. That way, you will know when loans are due at what times and when it is time to start requesting your money if a client is late. You can do this easily from a simple Word Document, Excel, or any other software depending on your computer skills. Good Luck! Micro Lending is a great way to make revenue on the side of your existing job or business, and it serves a great cause to less fortunate people. Simply, it’s a “win-win” situation, with an added benefit of good karma on your side. With loans being small increments, and careful consideration to the people you loan money to, there is little to no risk of loss, and most people receiving these loans are grateful for your services and will always repay the loans back. If you concentrate your services to a small area, your profits are surely going to skyrocket.

The word economy describes a monetary system that encompasses a group of people, resources, land, production and consumption of goods. If you’re discussing the world economy, you’re talking in terms of macro economy. If you’re talking about your household budget, you’re talking in terms of micro economy. The economy of the United States is a macro economy. The economy of a country like Zimbabwe might be better characterized as a micro economy. The economy of a village in Zimbabwe might not even rise to the level of a micro economy. No economy is perhaps a better characterization. A macro economy improves when the individuals comprising its economy can participate in the greater economy around them. Therefore, the world economy is better off if Zimbabwe and the multitude of third world and emerging countries similarly situated can participate. But how can they participate when they cannot provide themselves with clean drinking water and nutritious food to eat? The short answer is they can’t – that is until they were introduced to the brilliant idea that is micro lending.

In short, micro lending is just like traditional lending that we’re familiar with such as getting a loan to buy a car, a house or a new television set. It’s just that micro lending is significantly smaller loans to people who otherwise could not receive a traditional loan. The type of loan these poor individuals are seeking is to start small businesses to provide for their families. There are no payday loan huts in Zimbabwe – no easy credit car loans on every corner. With such a dismal economy, the rest of the world is lucky they haven’t all decided to get on boats and flee to the shores of greener pastures. Here’s where micro lending has the potential to make a huge difference in the microeconomies of third world countries. The Peace Corps just came through an area and taught some villagers how to grow a vegetable. The Peace Corps left and now the villagers have run out of seeds, fertilizer and they need these supplies to continue commerce surrounding the sale of their produce. The villagers can appeal to a microfinance company locally. They meet and discuss the terms of the loan, their past performance and how much they need to make their venture successful. The micro lending company evaluates the proposal and seeks investments from individuals that see the value in this type of loan and are willing to accept some risk. The venture might not succeed but if it does, it not only benefits the microeconomy of the villagers but the economy of their country and the macro economy of the world. Micro lending is truly a unique situation which by benefiting poorer individuals, everyone becomes richer. Micro lending is worthy of your further investigation. It provides an opportunity to give back and increase your personal good fortune.

Micro lending and microfinance are two terms that are often used interchangeably. Micro lending is making a small loan through a microfinance company to a poor individual from an emerging or third world country. Microfinance companies establish a local contact in various emerging and third world countries, such as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bolivia, Cambodia, Ecuador, Honduras, Indonesia, Mozambique, and other countries. Individuals with business ideas that they cannot afford to start on their own, apply to the microfinance company for a microloan. If the microfinance company thinks the idea is good, they put it out into their network of investors and seek investments. In the traditional world of finance, a loan of $500 would be unthinkable. There’s not enough money involved to cover the processing of such a small loan. But in the world of microfinance, a loan of $500 could be just enough to get a new business started in Bolivia that improves the local economy and the life of a family that will work that business. Micro lending relies upon investors that are willing to make such a small loan. The investor has the opportunity for the possibility of a good result with minimal risk. For most investors, a loss of $500 is not something they would like, but it’s not going to force them into bankruptcy either. The Microfinance Company obtains a guarantee from the entrepreneur, maintains contact, collects the payments and forwards the returns to the investor. In reality, the world of microfinance and micro lending offer a win-win situation for all involved. Microfinance offers smaller investors or larger investors looking to diversify, a tremendous opportunity to give back to the world. Micro lending also offers a real opportunity for entrepreneurs that otherwise could not afford to start a business, a new lease on life. Once they’ve repaid their microloan, they are creating new economies in places desperate for any economy whatsoever. Micro lending is truly a good thing and will become even more popular as the word gets out about all of the fantastic benefits that micro lending and microfinance are providing to all involved.

One thing to consider if you live in the United States and are thinking of starting your own microfinance company serving other countries is the difference in currency between countries. As the aforementioned states, you will pick and choose your budget and how much you care to lend but, this may make a difference as to what countries you lend to. The American dollar may be double the other countries dollar or may be less. Anything will help many of these people seeking your services but you want to ensure the exact amount your dollars are worth. Here are a few examples of why:

Interest rates may increase or decrease pending the total amount loaned in various countries. Your $100.00 investment could mean they are receiving $1000.00. This means that you could collect more interest on the total loan amount. This would increase your chances of making money,
This may affect the amount of time you give each person to pay back the total loan amount. It may be impossible to give a two week time frame for loan repayment on $1000.00 loans.
Your criteria may need to change as a whole. If you are funding someone in hopes of starting a business, the business plans and profit margins may affect whether or not you should loan the money. It may be best to stick to loans under $1000.00 until credit is established with you in regards to repayment.

Establish a website for communication and easy payment handling. WordPress is likely to be the best platform for this. Set it up with a shopping cart and easy to use system for repayment. This may allow for quicker payments from your customers. Snail mail is not an option when dealing with foreign companies. A WordPress site is easy to set up and very user friendly and interactive with the right plug-in and widgets. It would be a great idea to send out an informational sheet on how to repay and what forms of payment are allowed on your website. This will help to keep things running as smooth as possible. Be sure that any customers your have, understand how to utilize your WordPress site to ensure prompt and accurate payments. Check into what the countries local loan companies are doing in regards to repayment plans and how to pay, etc.

It is always great to lend a helping hand to others and be able to rake a few bucks in but, it is also to protect yourself with each investment. Small investments are strongly encouraged when starting your own new micro lending company. It is also wise to understand what any over seas companies may be using as a strategy. These companies are local in these countries and have a better understanding of their people. This is also a large part of researching to stay competitive with the overseas companies. It may increase your chances of becoming a larger player in this international lending tree.

Unemployed? Scott R. Asher shares how to make money with a personal WordPress blog.

In recent years, so many people have been unemployed and for a long durations. It is not easy to get your foot back in the door of the work force and this forces many to get creative in finding ways to earn money. There are a variety of ways to make money and one is through blogs and websites using programs like, WordPress. To those of us already in the business, WordPress is a way of life. For those that are looking for a way to earn some cash without spending a ton out of pocket, WordPress is a great step forward. The best part about it is you do not necessarily have to be a website developer to utilize this fantastic money making tool.

There are many angles to making money using WordPress. Whether you blog about your backyard barbeques or have a product to sell, WordPress has the right themes and set up for you to start earning in no time. While, it may not happen over night, there is massive potential to earning using WordPress’s platform.

Here are a few methods to success with WordPress:

Selling your own products, whether you have a product that is informational, freelance services or a physical product that a consumer can purchase; a WordPress blog is a great and very beneficial option for you. It is understandable that since you have been unemployed, money is tight and you may not have a lot to put into a business right away. WordPress offers a free platform for users. While, I would recommend self-hosting your blog through platforms like HostGator, WordPress leaves that decision up to you. Either platform you choose with WordPress will give you endless options. There are an abundance of great perks to a self-hosted WordPress such as, plug-ins for shopping carts and so much more. Using WordPress to spread the word about your product or service is as effective as old fashioned word of mouth business. Not only can you build a reputation locally, your business has to the potential to reach other countries, not just counties. You can also become an affiliate for a variety of places or products, use Adsense or advertise directly for other businesses or products, on your blog. This also helps to generate additional profit for you.

Direct Advertising on your blog can be very lucrative. Though, this is typically used on an established blog, this is certainly something to work towards. These are ad spaces that are bought by various companies to advertise on and spread the word about their company. Companies looking to advertise will choose blogs that have been in place for a good length of time and have a good amount of traffic. If you by chance pick up and advertiser for your blog early on in the game, you may not get top dollar for your ad spaces. Once you hit higher ranks, you are then in a position to negotiate pricing for your ad space. This can also be a great source of income once you are in the proper position.

Amazon associates- is one of the most popular ways to earn with WordPress blogs. Amazon offers multitudes of products to consumers. No matter the subject of your blog, chances are you can find products to advertise and sell on your blog. You earn a percentage from each Amazon sale. This is an easy money maker to incorporate into each of your blog posts and anywhere on your site.

Google Adsense is another popular money maker via WordPress blogs. Once installed onto your WordPress blog, Google Adsense then displays relevant ads throughout your blog. Each ad is a chance for you to earn a percentage for each CLICK of an ad from your visitors.

Affiliate marketing is another powerful and popular earning tool on many top earning WordPress blogs today. Affiliate marketing is simply that of advertising other people’s products on your blog. Each sale can earn you percentages that will increase as your blog gains popularity.

No matter the tools or plug ins that you use, one common denominator for having a successful blog to earn with is, Content. It is important to not only have words to read but to have enjoyable, interactive, organic and quality articles posted onto your blog. It is also highly important to ensure that you are consistent with your posting. A fun, crisp theme and catchy photos will also entice readers to stay for a while and see what you are about.

Get into blogging communities and see what it is all about! Start your road to financial freedom, one click at a time.

Where to find the best price?

Last week my wife bought our dog Haley a new pet bed. She went to Petco and picked one up for $20. It was too small, so we took it back and found a bigger one for the same price at Farm & Home. We were at Ross, dress for less, look like a mess and they have pet beds for half the price. In fact they had quite a few pet items that were much cheaper. Haley likes to chew pig’s hooves and they cost two bucks a piece at Petco. Susan found two attached to a rope (a fantastic dog toy) at Big Lots for a buck fifty.

When it comes to finding the best price for any consumer good – from apples to zinc – how could anyone possibly find the best bargain?

Dovetail this thought with the idea that was in the forefront of my consciousness this morning – the notion of community. Literally, a community is a group of people with a common interest and a common geographic location. Of course, the internet has changed the idea of community, removing geographic bonds in many instances. Relating to purchasing everyday consumer goods, community is still geographically bound. ie. the Big Lots on Appleway in Coeur d’Alene has pig’s hooves on a rope for a buck fifty and the Big Lots near you might not. Wouldn’t it be great if you could check with a community of shoppers who have taken the time to identify the best bargain on a particular item? Of course it would and I could create an online community but I fear I would be the only one uploading anything. There would be no shortage of people searching for the best price but I imagine very few people would be willing to take the time to upload their found bargains. I might be wrong about this. Facebook seems an example of community where people are willing to upload their information, rather than just search for others input. But even at that, people are really interested in navel gazing. It’s a community of ego stroking, time passing, game playing, Jesus is this day going to ever end, kind of activity. Facebook is perhaps one step above apathy.

Is anything meaningful being uploaded to the internet? Or is it all really just one giant advertisement?

Since I have this platform for random ranting, and since I already posted on Facebook this morning, I’ll continue. What I’d really like to see is a site that has a simple premise. Enter your city and search for an item that you want to buy. Everyone enters the location and price of items that they’ve purchased. I don’t have time to drive to every possible store to check out the price on any given item. I can check online prices but there’s discounts all over the place – moving sales, liquidations, or just plain stale merchandise a store wants to get rid of. Besides, I don’t want to wait 3 weeks for the dog’s chew toy and maybe that’s a bad example, perhaps it’s a television or a BBQ – whatever. I want to drive right to the store, know what the price is, know that it’s the best price in town and blamo, I buy it and feel good about it instead of finding out later that I overpaid like a sucker.

Who likes feeling duped when it comes to consumer goods?

I know what I’d like to see and I’m sure there are others who would like the same. Maybe this already exists and I just don’t know it. If you know, would you throw me a bone? I’m done for now. Must get some work done, post on Facebook, check some emails and figure out how the hell to get through this day.

The #1 reason your broke

Have you ever thought why in the hell am I so broke?

Your car payment!  Cars are totally overrated in our society.  You need to get from A to B but do you really need a $32,000 Sienna to get you there?

If you have a normal car with an average loan payment, I would say you pay about $300.00 a month.

If you pay car insurance (and you do because it’s legally required in all 50 states), most likely you pay $125.00 a month.  ( I have 0 tickets and 0 accidents, an I pay $101.00 a month.)

If you pay car registration(again, of course you do unless you’re living in the country illegally), you most likely pay about $150.00 a year.

For maintenance and up keep of the motor vehicle (breaks, oil, fan belts, smog, tires, cleaning blood out of the trunk, wiper blades) I would say you spend at the very-least $500.00 a year.

I think most people pay about $60.00 bucks a week in gas.

Do those figures look about right to you?
It cost you about $8950.00 a year to drive this car. I think most of you would agree, these figures are low.

It was shocking even for me to see.

Now why in the world do people spend so much on their cars??  We’ve been programmed from a really early age to view our self worth by the car we drive.  Sounds ridiculous?  Perhaps–particularly when you consider that a car is a depreciating asset.  That just means, and you know it when you’re upside down, that from the moment the car is driven off the lot, it decreases in value, although your payment stays the same.  And many people, to afford the high sticker prices on new cars will take a 7 year loan.  Do you know what that car is worth at the end of 7 years?  Most likely, it’s very close to inhabiting a junk yard which if you haven’t seen one of these auto graveyards lately, it’s an eye opener.  As a society we treat cars as disposable items.

You want to stop being broke?  Seriously, get a reliable used car that somebody’s already taken the hit on its depreciation and keep it maintained until it can no longer drive.  I read in the book the Millionaire Next Door, that a majority of millionaires polled said that they NEVER buy a brand new car, they look for a two year old car in great shape.  They don’t care what other people think of them about the car they drive, why should you?

Motel 6 soap – what the $%#*@ is that smell!!

I love Motel 6 but I hate the soap!

I love Motel 6, low cost, more or less a safe place an I think I even seen somewhere “they leave the light on for you”! What more could you want? How about some soap that doesn’t leave you smelling like a dead fucker after a hot shower!

So why in the fuck would I care to write something as silly as this? Well… I’ll tell ya. When you think of the amount of soap that motel 6 goes though every year, you can’t but help thinking to yourself that there is a million dollar opportunity sitting right in front of your face. How has this simple staple been over-looked for so long? I have always thought of Motel 6 as Greyhounds red headed step brother, really catering to the travelers and more transit crowed but can Motel 6 really afford to not have nice smelling soap chips?

And you wanna know the biggest upside of it all? The people that will be pocketing the soap, “your product” to take it home and use it. That’s right, millions of people taking your product home. Because that is what almost every person that stays in a motel does, take the soap! I am clear on the cost behind this sliver of cleanliness, but I have to think even at a loss, the implications of people using your product like this are something to think about.

Personally, I’d rather roll around wood chips to knock any odor off my body and smell like pine. Not to mention feel great, even after pulling the splinters out of my ass with pliers rather than to even apply any of the tiny square things Motel 6 refers to as soap. The best part is that you are so proud to place in their “wonderful Jacuzzis” , give me a break!

I don’t believe even a full time hooker would wash any crevice of her body with Motel 6 soap after a thirty minute fuck.  She would prefer to smell like old sweaty ass, balls and rough sex for a day, rather than to smell like the wonderful scent (not too sure what the scent even is) of a Motel 6 bar of soap.  Hell, she may even rather put herself through the pain and suffering of going through a drive thru car wash just for the glory and the scent of good smelling soap instead of that hardened bar of shit you call soap.

Yeah,  they will leave the light on for you; pay the expense of wasting energy then to actually save energy and money.  How about turning the fucking light off and wait until a person gets there to rent the room! Hey! There’s a bright fucking idea!  How’s that for a light on!!?? No Pun intended, but you would  think you Motel 6 corporate soap geniuses would have come up with that and save money to actually buy some decent soap.

Think, travel sizes of Axe, his and her hotness, hell maybe even some dial at this point. I am certainly willing to work with you in finding a great and cost effective way to cleanse your guests, if you are willing. We understand you aren’t the Hilton Resorts however, we would like to avoid chaffing from an unclean groin area, if at all possible. Marriage is for gay people.

Now that I got that off my chest!  I hope you enjoy my annual Valentine’s Day post. As always, it is very hot and fun!

Is marriage a thing of the past? I think so, with the new prop 8 ruling and shift in people’s attitude about relationships, something has changed. I, of course, have an idea to fix it! With just hour’s to go to get my Valentines post done, it came to me, “Love Relationships”.

Marriage is a dated concept and has legal pitfalls. As a matter of fact, the only people marriage seems to appeal to is breeders, mentally unstable, and evangelicals. So what happens when the love is all gone, and you have this big mess? I think I have the solution, to everyone’s problems! I was listening to Bill Handel and he was saying that in his surrogacy practice, gay couples seem to be doing a better job at raising kids. I personally oppose this type of lifestyle, but statically this might be true.

So I offer you “Love Relationships”

Love Relationships – Gives you everything you want in a loving relationship and nothing you don’t… hot passion, no dead-beat mother-fucker.

Because one day is, “Baby, I love you” and the next your thinking to yourself, “What just happened to my life?!” Love Relationships have a lot of the same qualities as a marriage, but with clearer boundaries. For example, I will never share a checking account with a woman. It’s not that I think less of a woman, but rather, when I take her out for a nice dinner, it’s a real treat. 🙂 Sharing financial stuff with another person these days is a big risk, even with someone you think you know! You are an individual, so be one. Love Relationships, would most likely appeal to successful people, and smart people. People that are stable and do not have issues with trust.

Taking time for yourself is important, don’t neglect yourself. Have your own hobbies.  You are your own person.

Marriage after a few years fades and it should end right then. Not go on 16 years too long because of the children. Life is short! When you’re with someone that you don’t want to be with, it starts to take away from us personally.

Love Relationships are always hot because when she comes over the sheets are fresh. You are on your best behavior and most importantly she gets to watch what she wants.

Marriage when the sex fades, you got to figuring out what to do now and it leaves with you with more questions than answers. In a Love Relationships, you tell them you need to move on, the parties over and you go home, no hard feelings.

In a Love Relationship, you go out shopping together and you have sex in the dressing room. In a marriage , you wait for her, holding the purse in the hall way of the mall.

In a marriage, you have to go the in-laws around the Holidays. In a Love Relationships, fuck them. BUT, if you do happen to get talked into going to the in-laws! She is going to fuck you so hard!

In Love Relationships, you have to pull over. Because you have been finger fucking your lover for the last 10 miles, she is so hot and wet and you need to take her now! In a marriage, the kids have been fucking screaming and she is ready for bed.

In a marriage, you husband has gambled the children’s college fund. In a Love Relationship, you partner gambles all their money. You give them 20 bucks to cheer them up!

In a Love Relationships, you plan to do things together. In marriage, this dude just watches TV and gets fat.

In a marriage you by some ice cream to dull the pain of the everyday grind. In a Love Relationship you have plans coming up for this Friday! Your going to up all night with your hot lover, so your hitting the gym every-night this week after work!

In Love Relationship, every day is different and new, and you have many hot mini honey-moons if you will, and over the time you are together get to have many special days and nights spending time together. In a marriage you get one magical day, and after that it’s never the same.

An example of a ”Love Relationship”, Gene Simmons, He has lived with model/actress Shannon Tweed since 1986, but they’ve never married. Simmons has said that while he respects the rights of those who choose to marry, it’s not something he ever plans to do; specifically, he doesn’t feel man by nature is meant to be in a monogamous relationship. “The only thing wrong with marriage is that one of the persons involved is a man,” he often says. see here

So what would you rather have?

Fish are friends not food. (free money making idea, for UNDER one thousand bucks!)

I though it was about time for a new money making idea! This is a money making idea I really like. I call this idea “Fish are friends not food”

The idea summery
You will go on Craigslist and buy used fish tanks and fish supplies. You can find used fish tank supplies for almost nothing, manly because they are heavy and difficult to manage and there is a very limited market for used fish tanks.

Then you will make up some marketing materials and cold call business like Doctors and Dentist offices to place the tanks in for a small fee of $100.00 a month, and as a part of the deal you will come once a month to clean and maintain the fish tank. And all they have to do, just put a pinch of food in the tank everyday, and let their guest that visit the office enjoy!

And if you want to make this even more compelling project, you can tie all this to a some-sort of good cause, and maybe call it “Fish are friends not food”, fish rescue project. And get yourself a small sticker for the front of the tank so people can read about the cause, then maybe you could donate 10% of your earnings to a good cause like the surf riders foundation.

Start-up cost for this idea is under $1000.00

Earning potential of this idea – You place 100 tanks in offices, you could make upwards of $10,000.00 a month.

Need some change in your life?

I have been a little dry on content lately because of the many changes in my life. I was sitting on the couch tonight trying to figure out what to write about, this is what came out.

I can’t think of anything scarier in life than a little change. Some people can’t handle change, but change is something we all go through. We change many times in our lives. We change when we reach puberty, we change when we become 21 and over; we change when we hit 40. We make many changes, some welcome it and some do not. Change always brings more changes. For example, if you lose weight. You will need to change your clothes.

Change is also very powerful tool because if you know how to make changes in your own life, the change can  empower you to accomplish small to great things What do you want to change? — Scott R. Asher

There are many people that feel changes are hard, however changes are easy. Let me change your mind… There is a Proverb in the Bible Song of Solomon 2:15 that talks about the small foxes that spoil the vine. My interpretation of this is – even something as small as a fox can spoil the whole vine. So even small and simple changes can bring about massive overhaul in your life.

How do you get started?

It is simple because once you start to change, change will happen all around you. Because change always attracts more change and change is ready when you are.

Some “Bug” facts about change

Are you ready for your change?

Need change, but you can’t? I have good news! You can make changes anytime you want, because it is up  to you to do it. Become successful at making changes. Start with something small, something you can change and have success. You never know what you might change…

I have gone though many changes in my own life. One thing I can say for sure, when you start making positive changes in your life, it is hard to stop. — Scott R Asher

Let me encourage you to make a small change today; you never know what might happen.

Does ChexSystems even matter anymore?

For some reason ChexSystems seems to be slipping out of the picture. I have opened 2 checking accounts recently (last 3 months) and from what I can tell, less banks are using the chexSystems bank account verification system. Then the other day a buddy of mine tells me about a new thing banks are using called Early Warning Systems or (EWS)

So who is EWS?  creditinfocenter.com says: Early Warning Services is a limited liability company owned by Bank of America, BB&T Corporation, JPMorgan Chase, Wachovia, and Wells Fargo. From their website describing services to financial institutions.

I think – because banks are now charging $10 a month for bank/checking accounts, the dynamics have changed and banks are opening at risk accounts.

I also was reading, that complaints filed with ChexSystems, are also filed with EWS, I am not sure that is %100 true.

How to improve your chances of selling your car on Craigslist.

It is very simple to get more people looking at your car for sale posting on Craigslist with less phone calls and less foot traffic, by posting a short YouTube tour video of your car!

With gas being very expensive, these days it is difficult to get people to show up to look at your car for sale, this is what I did to sell my car on craigslist!

Well you can make a short You Tube video and post it on craigslist with a short tour of your car with some general details. I sold my car on craigslist in the first day with this video.

I think posting a You Tube video would work well for boats, RVs, cars or just about anything you want to sale on craigslist!
